- Transmit malware, spam, or harmful code
- Scrape, copy, or republish content without written permission

Partner & Marketer Terms
Marketers and affiliates applying through our Become a Marketer program must provide accurate information. Approval is at emailead's sole discretion.
Partners agree to:

- Maintain traffic quality standards and avoid incentivized or fraudulent leads
- Follow all campaign guidelines, caps, and geographic restrictions
- Keep login credentials and tracking links confidential
emailead reserves the right to pause or terminate partnerships for policy violations, quality issues, or regulatory concerns without prior notice where necessary.
Compliance & Advertising Standards
All clients and partners must comply with applicable laws and industry standards, including but not limited to:
- CAN-SPAM Act (United States email marketing)
- GDPR and UK GDPR (where EU/UK data subjects are targeted)
- CCPA/CPRA (California privacy rights, where applicable)
- FTC endorsement and disclosure guidelines
- Platform policies for Google, Meta, and other ad networks
You are responsible for ensuring your landing pages, claims, and data collection practices are truthful and compliant in every jurisdiction you target.
Intellectual Property
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without express written consent. Feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by emailead without obligation or compensation.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. emailead does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, lead counts, or revenue outcomes — results vary by industry, offer, budget, and traffic quality.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, emailead shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid to emailead for the specific campaign giving rise to the claim in the three months preceding the event.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the website or partner program at any time for breach of these Terms. Provisions that by nature should survive termination (liability limits, compliance, intellectual property) will remain in effect.
Changes to Terms
